Every time I take these I have horrible anxiety
I have used a couple of bottles of these. The smell isn’t great but it is mild. The last bottle I bought smelled absolutely horrible and I will be throwing it out. I do see great results with my nails. Much stronger, longer and less ridges. And my hair grows faster. Maybe those who had side effects got bad bottles. If it smells really strong and horrible, throw it out!

I originally purchased product to help strengthen and improve my thin, dry, cracked fingernails. After 6 mos use it did nothing for my nails. Also no changes noted in skin. My hair did grow thicker and coarser. One big issue I had was the bottle of vitamins had a terrible vitamin/chemical odor. I was able to take the vitamin without it leaving a bad taste in my mouth nor did it bother my stomach.
I got horrible hives and a rash after taking these gummies. Went to the doctor who put me on a steroid after over the counter allergy relief wasnt helping at all.
