The following table explains the step by step NPI number validation process using the ISO standard Luhn algorithm.

Great front office staff. Welcoming and knowledgeable. Clinical staff just as wonderful. The doctor gave me a thorough exam and time to show areas of concern and ask questions. I was seen on time. In and out in a timely manner. I’ve already scheduled my visit for next year since I have family history of melanoma. It’s great to have another dermatologist clinic in Fayetteville!!

Saw Hannah at Carolina skin care. She was so thorough with my exam. You can tell she really cares and is so knowledgeable. They got me in right on time and it was so quick!! Front desk women were wonderful, too. Great establishment!

I had my first visit here yesterday, and in my 10+ years of being treated for acne, never have I had a medical professional explain my options and how different treatments work the way Cassidy did. She recommended a course of action based on my concerns and feedback and answered all of my questions.Plus, the intake process was easy with online paperwork that I completed before I came in, and they utilize a patient portal for ongoing communication and recordkeeping. As always, the health, safety and well-being of our patients and staff are of utmost concern to us. As we receive guidance from the CDC and state and local governments, we are taking precautionary measures in our communities as well.
Please be advised that our office is still providing excellent patient care during our regular normal business hours. We feel our standard of care and office protocol for cleanliness has not changed due to the COVID-19 but rather increased the frequency of our sterilization protocol.
