My Skin Looks Younger And More Vibrant
I love this cleanser! I have been using this cleanser for several months and have noticed the mild exfoliating action of PHA has made my older skin younger and fresher. I ran out and had to use a different cleanser for a while and boy did I notice the difference. I now keep a few in stock so I don’t run out. Please do not stop making this cleanser, my skin has never looked better!!

I have been using Neutrogena products on my face exclusively for nearly 20 years. This milky cleanser is absolutely divine. It can be applied to wet or dry skin. I apply it to my dry face, massage it in and then rinse it off. Its leaves my skin soft and clean feeling. I also apply to wet skin like any other face wash and rinse it off. No lather.just that soft, clean feeling.
I LOVE this product. It leaves my skin clean, soft, and smooth. My face does not feel stripped of moisture.

Neutrogena Skin Balancing Milk Cleanser
This Neutrogena cleanser is a different consistency which I really like compared to the others. It doesn’t get really soapy like others, but it removes everything even a full face of makeup!! I also love that it has a pump, it makes it so much easier to use. When washing my face, it feels amazing! What I loved the most about this cleanser is its uniqueness it can be used with or without water and you get the same results each time. I’ve used it as a cleanser as well as a makeup remover. It is also easy to use and quickly and easily removes all my makeup and dirt. I liked that it also lightly hydrated my skin. I like that it works so well with my dry skin. the only thing I was not crazy about the the scent- smells like roses and i don’t care for that scent for facial cleansers or lotions etc. But it would bot deter me from buying in the future! Def recommend!
