Will hire you with no experience but expect you to do things they havent trained you on,like removing stitches. Once they transitioned to IPads in exam rooms made us be in there during exams with doctor so they didnt have to learn how to use them which made the patients and me uncomfortable and took away time from other tasks which we were already behind on.
Coworkers can be catty and lazy. Recently transitioned to electronic medical iPads and made us go in the exam room with patients during skin exams which is awkward for patients and us. Too much work not enough time. Extremely stressful and cannot transfer locations easily, make you wait at least a year even if there are open positions
I’m proud to be a part of the CSI family. We really came together during the time of the covid crisis to ensure our patients are taken care of and all safety measures are followed. I feel acknowledgeed by my leaders for my contribution and am always learning new skills.
