I went to the Walnut Creek office and to start, parking was really difficult. Only option within close walking distance is paid parking. The office is nice, I got in quickly, had a consult with the PA and was handed my prescription.There was a delay before the pharmacy filled my Rx due to a Prior Authorization required. I had to go back to the pharmacy twice before my Rx was ready for pick up. I called the office in between to inquire and my calls were sent to a generic office for all of Berman- it’s a long and lengthy process to actually connect with someone at the office you visited.I had a mild case of dry skin around my lips. Took my 2 daughters Ashley and Jessica Hernandez. Loved Dr. Katie! She was very patient and thorough with the girls. She was very understanding and detailed oriented with explaining Acne medication to them. Totally recommend Dr. Katie!!!!
